Certified ISO 9001-2015 since a few months, we work on our internal organization in a logic of continuous improvement. This is reflected in particular by the sustainable reduction of internal dysfunctions and the implementation of clearly identified processes, serving our customers, prospects and suppliers. We commit ourselves, even beyond the purchasing process, to provide support adapted to the needs of our customers. We respond quickly to their requests (complaints, follow-up, maintenance …) and provide solutions through different channels (training, on-site or remote maintenance, telephone support).


The choice of our suppliers is also essential: we set up a process to control all the devices to ensure a high level of reliability of each piece sold. This allows us to anticipate potential problems through prevention or to resolve them quickly.
